Rapid fire e-poster and e-poster guidelines
If your abstract is accepted for a RAPID FIRE E-POSTER PRESENTATION, you will have to prepare TWO files:
- a powerpoint file to be given directly on site in the Preview room for a 5 minute oral presentation.
- as well as an e-poster file (pdf or mp4) to be displayed from a special platform on the congress website. You will have to upload it before June 2 directly from the Author account used to submit the abstract.
If your abstract is accepted for an E-POSTER ONLY, you will have to prepare ONLY:
- an e-poster file (pdf or mp4) to be displayed from a special platform on the congress website. You will have to upload it before June 2 directly from the Author account used to submit the abstract.
Information to prepare your e-poster file for the special eposter platform
- Classic powerpoint file HAS TO BE CONVERTED TO PDF FILE
- Powerpoint file with 5 minute audio comments HAS TO BE CONVERTED TO MP4 FILE
- PDF or MP4 file SHOULD NOT EXCEED 10 SLIDES (including the title and acknowledgement slides) for a MAXIMUM SIZE OF 80 MB.
Modifications
No further changes are possible.
Registration
The Organising Committee is pleased to announce that presenters will benefit free registration.
Travel and accommodation will remain at their own charge.
